At OMRON Healthcare Europe we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst, who can provide exceptional support to the business, by bridging business problems and technology solutions. You will be responsible for improving processes, products and services through data analysis and software solutions analysis. You will also be a key player in co-developing and executing the analytical strategy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reach out to functional business areas to ensure that their Analytical information needs are met by gathering, analyze, and translate data and business requirements; define user / business requirements, develop functional specifications, develop technical specifications, execute unit / string / system test, and develop documentation and train the business.
  • Enhancing the value chain and operational efficiency through Alteryx and Tableau solutions.
  • Manage deliverables and timelines within a project management structure for internal and external stake holders.
  • Ensures optimal functioning and keeping compliance on data, data integration and data warehouses.
  • Partner with the business to identify opportunities for logical and procedural improvement related to and beyond the Analytics scope. This includes process improvement, system selection and strategic development.

To succeed in the role, you will need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in the Information Technology.
  • 4-7 years’ experience with Tableau and ideally experience with Alteryx.  
  • Recognized as an expert in disclosing information from systems in a smart way.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven business analysis skills
  • Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to steer external suppliers.
  • A team player and drive continuous change.
