We are seeking for a Junior Key Account Manager based in our Istanbul Office.

In this role you will support the Key Account Manager in all tasks, focused on building strong relationships to our business partner, analyzing relevant information and data and being close to the market with the overall target to increase distribution and grow our market share.

You will work closely with Trade Marketing team and the business partner to build up tailor made trade marketing plans and to make sure that all the plans are properly conducted.

Whilst building the sales and trade marketing plans, you will not only develop your negotiating and sales skills, but also your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights and logistical understanding as you will be responsible various aspects of the Turkish Business.

You will report directly to the Key Account Manager and will work closely with the Omni-Channel and Marketing teams, and with the central support teams from the EMEA Headquarter based in Amsterdam.

Your key activities:

  • Establish good relationships with business partner and sub distributors.
  • Execute field visits to analyze for performance evaluation, opportunities & threats and reporting necessary actions.
  • Tracking and improving market share, penetration, distribution performance and must stock list executions of product groups in Pharmacy Channel.
  • Attending regular sales evaluation & planning meetings with distributor.
  • Assist Business Partner marketing team for creation of Point of Sales materials targeting and execution control of trade marketing activities.
  • Take active role in events such as pharmacy exhibitions etc.

What makes you a strong candidate?
Desired Skills and Experience

  • Graduated from business administration, engineering or related departments of prominent universities.
  • At least 4 years sales experience in preferably FMCG & Healthcare sector
  • Trade marketing experience in a multinational company is a plus
  • Having multi- disciplinary perspective
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Self-driven
  • Team Player
  • Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Have a driving license
  • No military obligation for male candidates
